Soho House & Co in partnership with New York’s Sydell Group has transformed the architectural masterpiece that was the HQ of the former Midland Bank into a prestigious 5 star boutique hotel in the heart of the city of London.

The hotel boasts 10 restaurants, 250 - 1920s/1930s design inspired bedrooms, 6 private event spaces, spa, gym and a private members’ club.

Aspen have had the privilege to work on this listed building hand in hand with Ardmore Construction to provide and install Mitsubishi 32 water cooled VRF systems to the bedrooms and the private members’ club
